anybody read the 4 hour body?
i kind of want to try the crazy diet for a week or two (absolutely no white carbs or carbs that could be bleached, no fruit, no dairy, 30-50 grams of protein per meal with veggies and legumes, crazy all out binge one day a week) but in spite of the reported rapid fat and weight loss, i feel like it could really screw up your body.
